You can calculate the estimated turnaround time by the process table here. The table shows you how much time we need to produce the job. When you calculate you have to add alltogether two days (shipping time) to the process days in lab to get the turnaround time. Estimated turnaround time= process days+ shipping days. |
Packaging
Dental prostheses completed by our Lab represent value to all of us and accordingly, packaging of finished prosthesis is also of high relevance. To avoid any damage of prostheses during shipping, extra care and attention is paid to packaging. Finished prostheses are always wrapped up in soft paper and placed in a plastic box of extra strength, separated from the model. Models and other accessories are also wrapped in soft paper and then placed together with the prostheses in a box which is then closed. |
Shipping, tracking
As the distance between the dental surgery and the dental lab is often considerable we keep in touch with our customers and deliver our piece of work by courier service. As this connection is highly and equally relevant to both parties, cost of shipping is usually paid by the sender. When the customer orders the package we send him the delivery note and the phone number, e-mail address and other contact details of the courier company. This delivery note has to be printed in two copies and the customer has to call the courier to agree on the time when the package can be picked up. After the shipment is picked up the customer gets a copy of the delivery note back with a tracking number that helps to track the shipment (courier usually delivers next day). |
Feed back
We are delighted if the customer gives feedback after the delivery or send a picture of the fitted prosthesis. Thus we can control the aesthetic appearance of our work, we can fine-tune the quality of our services and serve as a sense of achievement when the patient and the customer are both satisfied with the result of our work. |
How to pay
We send the invoice for our new cusomers for each order, which can be paid by bank transfer or cash. When business relationship is deepening (based on personal experience) we send montly statements. The monthly staetment and the invoice will be sent to the surgery by the 5th day of each month with two weeks completion date. For a new customer we can undertake the preparation of golden crown/bridge or longer zirconium based job upon 20% advance payment. |
Guarantee, certificates
Qualit-Art Dental Lab is registered at Authority for Medical Devices of the Office of Health Authorisation and Administrative Procedures National Public Health Service medical office. The technicians of the lab has a lot of certifications of dental courses (Ivoclar, DentAdvance, Creation, Noritake, Candulor, GC). We give two years guarantee for every job. At the request of the customer we send certificate attached to the jobs, which contains the patient’s informations, the materials we used for the job, the quantity and name of the precious alloy, and the date of production. If there is complaint from the side of dentistry or patient we can send quality certification, and the copies of the certifications and memeberships of the Qualit-Art dental Lab. |
